　　Roughly fifty planes took off from the NATO air base in Aviano, Italy, on Sunday night, part of phase(阶段) two of the NATO air strikes. Included in the air campaign, six F-117A Stelth fighter jets, the same type of plane that went down near Belgrade on Saturday. The air strikes hit hard in the area around Pristina, the capital of Kosovo(科索沃).Yugoslav(南斯拉夫）television broadcast pictures of burning buildings after huge explosions were heard throughout the city. The reports said the buildings were the local offices of the Interior Ministry or the Serb police headquarters. Because of reporters of Serb atrocities(塞族的暴行)against ethnic Albanians(阿尔巴尼亚族) in Kosovo, the second phase of the air campaign is aimed at Serbian ground forces in the province. Earlier on Sunday, the few people left in Pristina were seen walking through rubble. The damage could have been caused by NATO air strikes, by Serb forces or by gangs rowing the streets of pristina. Also on Sunday NATO explained that the phase two of the air strikes is designed specially to end the Serb reprisals(报复)against Kosovo Albanians.
